Video review attached. TLDR (or watch): Fit is great! Definitely follow the custom fitting instructions! Adorable! Cute as pictured. Comfy in first 6 hours... Concerned a bit about how the real leather will wear. They smelled bad coming out of the box but a solid airing-out over 24 hours solved that entirely.
There was a problem with the boots in shipping and one of the boots was damaged. The customer service they provided was absolutely above and beyond! They were even thoughtful enough to ask us to try on the boots for size before sending a replacement pair. This level of care and customer service is far and few between in this day and age.

These are lovely boots! They fit well, I bought the wide size, and they fit perfectly. I went with 8 instead of 8.5 and I am very glad that I did! They fit true to size, no need to size up. Plenty of room for thick socks as well. And beautiful too.

The are beautiful and seem to be well made. I went up a half of a size because my feet are wide, and I didn’t need to. My normal size would have been fine. So glad I went ahead and purchased them. They came shipped in an envelope, but they were absolutely fine.
