A second size exchange on the same order will incur a fee.
CONDITIONS BY SCENARIO
Wrong size exchange (free, 1x per order):
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Proof of purchase required (order number)
Defective or damaged item (full refund or free replacement):
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Photo of the defect required
- Condition of item does not affect eligibility — defects are defects
Change of mind (store credit):
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unworn and unused
In all cases, you keep your boots. We do not require you to ship anything back.
HOW IT WORKS
- Email us at cs@skatheia.com with your order number and reason for contact.
- For defective items, attach a photo showing the issue.
- We’ll confirm your situation and process your replacement, refund, or store credit — no need to return your boots.
REFUND TIMELINE
Cash refunds (defective items) are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Store credit (change of mind) is issued within 3–5 business days as a discount code to your email.
EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Contact us at cs@skatheia.com. You keep your boots — a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE
- Gift cards
- Items outside the 30-day window (14 days for EU cooling-off)
- Change-of-mind requests where boots have been worn outdoors
