CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order any time before production begins. Production usually starts within 24 hours of ordering, so tell us as soon as you know.

To request cancellation, email cs@skatheia.com with your order number and CANCEL in the subject line. We reply to every cancellation request.

Once production has started we may not be able to stop your pair, but you are still covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

• Cancelled within the first 24 hours, before production starts: full refund to your original payment method.
• Cancelled after production has started: 100% store credit, and only where we can still pull your pair off the line.

EU AND UK CUSTOMERS

If you are in the EU or the UK you also have a 14-day right to cancel after your order arrives, for any reason. For EU and UK orders the refund always goes back to your original payment method, whatever the timing above. See the EU section on our Return and Refund page.
