USA — TARIFF & CUSTOMS FEES

For US customers, all applicable import duties and tariffs are pre-paid by Skatheia. You will not be charged any surprise customs fees upon delivery.

UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, EU & OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the EU, and other international destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

SHIPPING ISSUES

• Lost packages: If your tracking shows no update for 15+ business days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate or send a replacement.
• Damaged in transit: If your boots arrive damaged, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.
