Between two rows? Take the larger size. If your feet tend to swell, or you like a roomier fit, go up half a size.

How to measure your foot

  1. Stand on a sheet of paper on a hard floor, in the socks you will wear with your boots.
  2. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe. Hold the pen straight up.
  3. Measure between the two marks. Do both feet and use the longer one.

Tip: measure in the afternoon. Feet swell a little through the day.

Standard or Wide?

Wide is the same length as Standard, with more room around your foot. Order your usual size. Never size up for width.

Will these fit wide feet?

Yes. Choose Wide: it is a separate last with +1/2 in (13 mm) around the ball, instep and midfoot, and the same length as Standard. Order the size you already wear, not a size up. The Wide Fit Guide has every measurement.

Are these boots actually durable?

The outsoles are heat-bonded: cemented, then oven-cured. There is a steel shank inside for arch support, and the cushioned foam insole lifts out if you prefer your own orthotics. Built for daily wear, not for a shelf.

How long does shipping take?

Some sizes ship from stock. The rest are made to order, which adds 5 to 10 business days of production. Either way, plan on 2 to 5 weeks in total, and you get a tracking number by email when your pair ships.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us, and one size exchange per order. That exchange ships free on US orders that include Delivery & Fit Protection. Without it, and on all international orders, you cover shipping both ways. Full details
