First I want to start with the customer service being stellar. Every question I had was answered. Every email I sent was replied to quickly. The few concerns I had were addressed. The boots arrived and I tried them on. They were beautiful and fit perfectly. Their maiden voyage out was meeting friends for dinner. I got dressed up and the Belladonna boots were the polishing touch. I got so many compliments from strangers!

These “leather” boots have a really thin leather tongue. That’s it. The graphics are cracking. They are plastic through and through everyone knows real leather doesn’t get sewed in linings. They did refund the money and let us keep the boots but they are trash. Very very very disappointing!
My Belladonna Leather Boots are beyond exceptional. I adore them. They fit my personality perfectly and make any outfit I pair them with truly unique. I am 73 years old and have always wanted boots like this and now I have finally found them! I will be ordering more products from this company. They are extremely well made, beautifully crafted, and fit so well. When I wear them out, I do notice how much people are looking at my feet! Some have even stopped me and commented, "Your boots are so cute! Where did you get them?" I don't hesitate to recommend exactly where to get them. But that is just the beginning. The customer service offered by this small company is the best I have ever experienced. I am not used to buying shoes for myself, frankly, because it is a bit of a chore for me. And one line shopping seemed even more risky. So, we had to do a bit of experimentation to find the right size and I gotta say, I couldn't have received better service. It was beyond fair, efficient, fast and friendly. In ended up ordering 3 different pairs of shoes and love them all. Don't hesitate to get yours today. Highly recommended!!
