  1. Measure at day's end. Trace your foot on paper, heel to longest toe. Use the larger foot.
  2. Add about 10 mm. A 247 mm foot takes US 8. Between two sizes? Take the larger one.

Before you order

Good questions, plain answers.

Will they be stiff or heavy?

Premium Vegan Leather is soft from the first day and keeps its size. Top Grain Leather is firm at first, then eases and shapes to your foot. Both have a steel shank and a chunky rubber sole, so they feel like real boots, not slippers.

Are they waterproof?

We do not call them waterproof. The microfiber upper handles rain better than leather, but these boots are not lined and are not snow boots. For cold and snow, look at our Winter Boots, same prints with a warm lining and a faux fur collar.

Bunions, orthotics, a brace?

The toe box is roomy, Wide adds 13 mm around the ball and instep, and the foam insole lifts out so your own orthotic can go in. Wearing a full-length orthotic? Choose Wide for the extra room.

Can I wear them with a dress?

Yes. It is a classic lace-up boot: with jeans, a long skirt or a dress.

When will they arrive?

In 12 to 24 days. Your pair is made after you order (5 to 10 days), then shipped (7 to 14 more). US shipping is $14.99, added at checkout.
