If the size is wrong

  • One size exchange per order: up to two sizes, or Wide to Standard and back, within 30 days of delivery.
  • With Delivery & Fit Protection ($24.99, a Yes or No choice on the product page, US orders): we pay shipping both ways, and a lost or damaged parcel is replaced.
  • Without it: you pay shipping both ways. We quote the exact cost first, and you can say no.
  • Defect? Refund or replacement, your choice. She doesn't want them? Store credit for the full amount, boots unworn.

Will it arrive in time?

In 12 to 24 days. Each pair is made after you order (5 to 10 days), then shipped with tracking (7 to 14 more). For Christmas, order by Nov 12. Need it by another date? Email us before you order.

What if it doesn't fit her?

You can exchange the size once, up to two sizes or to the other width, within 30 days of delivery. Shipping both ways is free if you chose Delivery & Fit Protection ($24.99) on the product page. Email cs@skatheia.com with the order number and we arrange it.

Buying two pairs?

US shipping is $14.99 for the first pair and $9.99 for each extra pair to the same address. The one size exchange applies per order.

Standard or Wide for her?

Wide if she buys wide shoes, has bunions, or her shoes pinch: the same length with 13 mm more room around the foot. Otherwise Standard.

The boots are made in China. Skatheia is a US company registered in Casper, Wyoming, with a US warehouse in City of Industry, California. US import duties are pre-paid.
